You got a letter from the Jobcenter
A decision you do not understand, money they want back, a benefit cut. Eshkal explains it in your language, works out the deadline and drafts the objection.
The problem
Most Jobcenter decisions can be challenged with an objection (Widerspruch) within one month after you receive them. After that, the decision usually becomes final.

Questions
Not always. Eshkal checks your letter and tells you whether you need to ask separately for the repayment to be paused.
A plain email is usually not enough for a Widerspruch. Eshkal prepares a letter you sign, or shows the official online route if the Jobcenter offers one.
